Responsibilities
- Lead all recruitment efforts of ENGIE Services Philippines
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Manage in-sourcing and internal employee mobility
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
- May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
- Review and ensure updated memorandum or agreement of agencies/headhunters, schools and other partner institutions
- Creates and initiates employer branding initiatives in partnership with Marketing Communications Team
- Coordinates onboarding of new hires.
- Prepares and releases email communication regarding new hire announcements
- Ensures that service level agreements and turn -around-time are met and complied
- Ensures compliance to Department of Labor and Employment
- Prepares and ensures accuracy of monthly and quarterly reports.
- Ensures regular coordination and alignment with the regional counterparts and regional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR in recruitment.
- Good knowledge of local Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Strength in talent acquisition, management and development to build a competent and high performing organization to deliver our ENGIE purpose.
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
