Key Responsibilities

• Familiarity with facilities lifecycle management, including preventive maintenance scheduling, asset tracking, and work order management.
• Knowledge in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and and BMS (Building Management System)
• Skill in developing technical documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and training guides for QA standards and procedures
• Experience in designing and implementing process improvements that reduce downtime, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Competency in creating dashboard, reports, and visualization to communicate findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any other related degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in Facility Management.
