Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the washroom fixture within the whole building, (Terminal 1 & Terminal 2) is in good and operational condition.

- Implement plumbing maintenance works such as rectification of washroom fixtures, (replacement of sensor/flash valve and etc.).
|
- Implement necessary de-clogging activities for any clogging issues reported or inspected.
|
- Conduct regular inspection of washroom to determine defects and implement corrective action immediately.
|
- Prepare, implement, and monitor the work schedule activities of plumbing technician.
|
- Implement, monitor, and make necessary adjustment to the DE-CLOGGING SCHEDULE made by the duty manager
|
- Prepare the daily schedule of plumbing technician in the bridge pay and monitor the attendance punctuality.
|
- Submit necessary updates report needed by the duty manager (washroom defective and operational updates, de-clogging schedule updates, monthly plumbing scheduled activity works) or any other report that the Duty Manager may ask.

- Attend to coordination meeting with client and management.
|

Requirements
- NCII certificate holder is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in Facility Management.
