Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the system, including sweeping, housekeeping, collecting trash, cleaning dust and debris, and general housekeeping around the system.
• Exercise safe working practices at all times, complying with all Company safety policies, including personal protection equipment and following Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Communicate with various parties on the work performed and present the status of specialty systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings regarding the layout, location, and operation of the system(s).
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technician Apprentices on all aspects of maintenance operations.
• Schedule preventative maintenance tasks to ensure job completion, including inspection, adjustment, cleaning, and replacement.
• Report through CMMS.
• React to messages from the Control Room or manager.
• Attend to call outs, faults, alarms, and warnings.
• Attend to stoppages and bag jams.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• NCII Certificate holder is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in Facility Management.
