NGBU Europe Operations team covers the various areas of operations & maintenance & project implementation: operational performance, technical, occupational & industrial safety, environment, procurement & contracts, digital & IT, etc.

We are therefore looking for colleagues like you who will become Operational Performance Manager in our Team. Because we are already working on tomorrow's energy system today. Most preferably together with you.

ACT NOW - These are your tasks:

 

  • Analyze and challenge the operational performance of Networks Europe entities and consolidate insights at the regional level
  • Develop expertise in operational performance of gas and power distribution activities, with a focus on Germany and Romania
  • Analyze, technical regulations, norms and standards
  • Prepare performance reports, conduct benchmarking, share practices
  • Contribute to the development of Operational Excellence Standards and processes
  • Contribute to the data management and digital transformation initiatives. Support the efficiency of IT systems (e.g., GIS, predictive maintenance, remote control)

 

 

Your profil - What you should bring along:

 

  • Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
  • 5–10 years of experience in energy infrastructure, especially in operations
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills · Structured, organized and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a complex, multicultural and matrix organization
  • Fluent in English and German (C level); (French or Romanian is a plus)
  • Microsoft tools (Excel, Powerpoint, MSProject, Sharepoints, …), PowerBI, SAP Business module/ERPs, GIS, etc.
