What You Can Expect

The Project Administrator plays a key support role for project management and construction management. They provide document controls, improve project communication and are vital to a successful and smooth project closeout.  they are an integral part of the team.  

 

  • Attend project meetings internally/externally, take minutes and gather any information or action items needed for follow up; Track Daily subcontractor submittals
  • Assist in supplier qualification efforts, preparing purchase and work orders for Project Engineer/Project Manager Review; develop construction site safety plans and prepare project documentation such as permit applications
  • Assist team member to set up and manage projects on Procore, managing the verification of construction daily reports from subcontractors
  • Support project closeout including consolidating documents for the customer, internal binders, collecting final unconditional lien releases from vendors and subcontractors, preparing final completion forms, and collecting customer training materials; coordinate the printing and delivery of as-built drawings; invoicing, record management for subcontractors such as COIs, lien waivers
  • Organize project folders following archiving protocol for projects that are in close-out phases
  • Track requests for information (RFI’s) and transmittals in Procore and ensure responsible parties respond to them in a timely manner.  
  • Label, log and update construction photos into Procore
  • Maintain repository of construction completion checklists, testing and startup and commissioning documentation
  • Maintain punchlist items and track their closeout
  • Schedule startup and training with vendors for WCW staff
  • Maintain a repository of substantial completion and beneficial occupancy certificates; equipment inventory, ensure subcontractors maintain them in accordance with written vendor requirements; punchlist items and track their closeout

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D
  • Five plus years of experience
  • Strong computer skills required, must be proficient in Procore Project Management Microsoft Office
  • Must report to the job construction site trailer at least once per week.

  • This is a field or sales position requiring regular travel to client site(s) 
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing 
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
