What You Can Expect
As the CRM and Sales Analytics Manager, you will manage and optimize our Salesforce.com CRM system, oversee the digital marketing tech stack, conduct and analyze customer surveys, and leverage sales data for strategic decisions. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes to enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance.
You will handle CRM implementation, maintenance, and optimization, including user accounts, profiles, roles, security, data access, flows, sharing rules, and permission sets. You will build and maintain workflow rules, approval processes, and automation tools, and customize the CRM with custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules. Ensuring data quality and accuracy through audits, deduplication, data cleansing, and governance policies is essential. You will work with various departments to develop and execute CRM strategies and train users on best practices.
In sales analytics, you will analyze sales data, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on data-driven campaigns.
You will conduct annual and project-level customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and provide insights to management.
Managing and optimizing the digital marketing tech stack, including tools like Pardot, will be your responsibility. You will integrate marketing automation tools with the CRM system, monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the marketing team on data-driven strategies.
In lead development and maintenance, you will manage information on qualified leads, ensure data accuracy within the CRM system, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead development and nurturing processes.
Finally, you will align CRM, sales analytics, and digital marketing initiatives with business goals, implement process improvements, and monitor key performance indicators related to sales, customer satisfaction, and marketing performance.
This position will sit in Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento, Pasadena, CA or Overland Park, KS and will report to the Director of Sales Operations. Oakland, CA is the Headquarters for this business unit.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of a four (4) year degree with a focus in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- A minimum of seven (7) years working in a sales and/or marketing organization
- Solid experience with Salesforce CRM administration
- Proven experience in CRM management, sales analytics, and/or digital marketing tech stack management
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), and/or data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with lead databases such as Dunn, Bradstreet or ZoomInfo
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation
Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
