As our new O2C Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and operational efficiency within our Global Business Services (GBS) division. We Want You
- Lead and empower the cash applications team, providing clear direction and support
- Ensure high-quality operations by managing apply cash activities according to SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives
- Coach and develop team members, fostering individual growth and managing change
- Collaborate with stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for local GBS SPOCs
Who Are You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or financial operations
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and AR Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with knowledge of RPA and automated cash application tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in French and English, with business proficiency in other European languages a plus
