As an O2C Junior Associate in our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. We Want You
- Execute cash application processes with precision and timeliness
- Perform payment allocations, account reconciliation, and clearing activities
- Maintain accurate customer statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, ENGIE policies, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
- Manage and maintain customer master data across relevant systems
Who Are You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions
- Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and general accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is preferred
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with effective communication abilities
- Proactive approach and continuous improvement mentality
- Intermediate level in English and/or French, both written and oral
- Ability to interact confidently with international stakeholders
