About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Network Lead to oversee the performance, reliability and security of enterprise network services across corporate and operational environments. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership of service providers and coordination of network initiatives, ensuring high-performing and secure connectivity that supports critical business systems.

  • Own the end-to-end performance of network services, ensuring availability, scalability and alignment to business priorities
  • Lead network projects such as upgrades, migrations and new site connectivity, coordinating internal teams and external partners
  • Manage day-to-day operations across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and SD-WAN environments, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption
  • Oversee managed service providers, driving SLA performance, prioritisation and timely resolution of incidents and changes
  • Partner with cyber security and IT stakeholders to identify risks, manage vulnerabilities and strengthen network security controls
  • Establish monitoring, reporting and documentation standards to support service performance, continuous improvement and audit readiness

 

About You
You’re a technically strong and delivery-focused network professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across both strategy and operations. You bring a collaborative approach and are confident managing vendors and influencing stakeholders across the business.

  • Tertiary qualification in Digital / Information Technology; CCNA certification, with Zscaler ZDT, AWS or Azure preferred
  • Strong experience managing enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPN, SD‑WAN)
  • Experience working with managed service providers, including SLA and service performance management
  • Proven delivery of network projects end-to-end, from planning to handover
  • Ability to design secure, scalable network solutions aligned to business needs
  • Solid understanding of network security and working with cyber teams
  • Experience with monitoring, incident and problem management
  • Exposure to OT / industrial networks and IT/OT connectivity (highly regarded)
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
