The Role
You'll guide and supervise the external offshore pre and post billable teams, ensuring that sales progress swiftly through the pipeline, bills are produced accurately and on time, and that customers receive exceptional service and support. In this strategic role, you'll have a direct impact on our customer billable figures through acquisition, preventing churn, and addressing complaints, all of which are crucial for the success of the business.
You'll be tasked with developing and implementing policies and procedures, making sure that the teams effectively manage relevant workflows and exceptions, and keeping an eye on financial outcomes such as cost to serve. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the energy market will be vital.

- Experienced professional with proven leadership skills in managing offshore team
- Strong understanding of the energy market and customer billing processes
- Excellent communicator capable of building relationships across all organisational level
