The Role
We’re seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of a suite of energy products. This role is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation and business case development through to launch, optimisation, and retirement; ensuring our offerings align with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across regulatory, marketing, operations, legal, digital, and customer service to deliver innovative, competitive, and compliant energy solutions that drive long-term value and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven success managing product lifecycles and launching new offers
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, and navigating complex approvals
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and product roadmap platforms
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and senior leadership audiences
