About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll manage the planning, execution, optimisation, and analysis of ENGIE’s digital marketing activity to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will shape high-impact initiatives across social, email, and search channels—ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand standards, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
This role combines strategic leadership, hands‑on execution, advanced analytics capability, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise ENGIE’s digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan, deliver, and refine digital campaigns—including social, email, and search—ensuring best-practice implementation and alignment with business goals.
- Own digital reporting and analytics, providing insights, dashboards, and recommendations that enhance performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and publish high‑quality content across social media, web, and email, ensuring alignment with brand standards and UX best practice.
- Ensure compliance and responsible innovation, including adherence to privacy and governance requirements and the safe integration of AI-enabled marketing activities.
About You
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Under‑graduate degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Ability to generate strong concepts, test ideas, and develop data-informed recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Advanced capability in analysing campaign and website data, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Proven expertise in multivariate testing and applying insights to uplift conversion journeys.
- Experience briefing and managing digital agencies and external partners.
- Strong ability to create platform‑appropriate content for social media, email, and web.
- Confident using tools including Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, tag management systems, and relevant ad platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and how they influence engagement and conversion.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital media best practice.
- Familiarity with GDPR, Australian Privacy Principles, and digital governance requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce tools to support segmentation, automated journeys, and end‑to‑end campaign workflow management.
