About the Role 

We're looking for a Commercial Manager to provide commercial, procurement and contract management support across a renewable energy and storage development portfolio. You'll play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, managing risk and supporting successful project delivery. 

  • Lead the administration and management of key contracts across renewable energy, storage and operating asset projects. 

  • Support procurement strategy and lead tendering, evaluation, supplier selection and contract negotiations. 

  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to development, delivery and operations teams. 

  • Help optimise commercial terms and contract conditions to manage project and business risk. 

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, partners and internal stakeholders. 

  • Contribute commercial and procurement inputs into project financial models and commercialisation strategies. 

 

About You 

You're commercially minded, confident working with complex contracts and comfortable influencing outcomes across a broad stakeholder group. You'll bring renewable energy industry experience, sound judgement and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment. 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline. 

  • Proven experience across contract strategy, negotiation and contract administration. 

  • Strong understanding of procurement and commercialisation principles within renewable energy. 

  • Experience with delivery contract formation, such as EPC or major construction contracts within the renewable energy sector. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence outcomes. 

  • Confidence working in complex environments, balancing competing priorities and delivering results.
