The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to support the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through data-driven, customer-focused communications.
You’ll work hands-on with marketing technology platforms to automate, personalise, and scale campaign delivery, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are insight-led, well-targeted, and aligned with our commercial and brand objectives.
About You
You bring a strong background in campaign management and a proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Your skills & experience includes:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management within fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Skilled in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong ability to design and execute data-driven customer journeys.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour in high-churn B2C markets, particularly in retail.
- Demonstrated success in retention strategies and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Experience managing external agencies and partners to ensure consistent campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Strong background in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Comfortable working with managed service providers and delivery partners.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in using dashboards, metrics, and customer data to optimise campaign performance.
