Transmission Operation and Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Transmission Operation and Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams, strengthen our safety culture, and drive results. Your responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance and operation team, defining action plans, goals, and performance indicators aligned with a high-performance and safety culture.
• Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the availability and reliability of transmission equipment.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with technical specifications, deadlines, and safety standards, with proper records of controls and occurrences.
• Oversee services performed by third parties, assessing quality and contractual compliance, and reporting deviations to the contract representative.
• Supervise inspections, functional tests, and technical trials on local systems and equipment.
• Analyze technical reports from the team, identifying anomalies and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid failures and recurrence.
• Promote continuous improvements through cost optimization and the definition of spare parts inventory policies, focusing on operational continuity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in team leadership, preferably electricians working in transmission line operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of operational procedures, safety standards, and both general and specialized maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in computer tools (word processors, spreadsheets, presentations) and Power BI at a user level.
• Familiarity with administrative processes such as procurement, contracts, and technical specifications.
• Clear and objective communication, emotional intelligence, and good interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to reside in Teixeira de Freitas/BA.
• Intermediate English is a plus.

Medeiros Neto, Bahia, with availability to reside in Teixeira de Freitas/BA. TEAB sector, ENGIE Brasil Energia.
