Job Purpose/Mission

This is an incredible opportunity for a talented and creative individual to join a high-performing team that is passionate about pioneering expanded financial services to off-grid customers at the base of the pyramid. Key responsibilities will include designing all corporate and marketing collateral for global and country teams and supporting exciting company-wide brand building projects.
2. Main Activities
1. Creative design and branding - Be a key contributor in the continued development and implementation of the EEA corporate & commercial brands and guidelines, ensuring consistent and adherence across the organization. Design all global corporate and marketing collateral and deliver required creatives for ongoing global marketing & communications activities (e.g. social media posts, monthly newsletter, etc)
2. Country support - Create design templates for marketing collateral (e.g. fliers, signage, banners, etc) for adaptation by country marketing teams. Support countries in the recruitment (e.g. designing and reviewing case exercise) and onboarding (e.g. brand guidelines training) of graphic designers and conduct regular trainings for country teams to help maintain creative standards and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
3. Global Team support – Support global product and operations teams with branding requirements on relevant hardware, packaging, and any other related items (e.g. product packaging, user manuals, inventory stickers, etc.) and work closely with the supply chain team in China for implementation. Provide graphic design support to other global teams and where necessary, source for suppliers and oversee local production of required items.
4. Supplier & inventory management and quality control – Develop and maintain a roster of local & international suppliers to deliver high-quality when required. Oversee production of collateral when needed, ensuring price efficiency and timely delivery. Perform quality control checks on produced collateral to maintain brand standards. Manage paper trail (PRF approval & submission) and work with the finance team to ensure suppliers are paid when due. Manage the team’s collateral inventory ensuring they are properly stored and returned on time and in good condition when used by other teams.

3. Knowledge and skills
Experience :
· At least 4 years experience in graphic design and/or desktop publishing
· Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
· Well-rounded and comprehensive design portfolio (with at least one full corporate identity)
· Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with great attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously
· Highly innovative and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills
· Familiarity with printing processes such as digital, offset and screen printing
· Experience with multi-media production - video editing, animation, motion graphics, etc
· Experience working in an advertising agency is a plus
Qualifications :
· Degree in design-related field or diploma from art/design institute
