As our IT & Digital Finance Lead for the AMEA region, you will shape how we plan, invest and deliver value through technology. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple countries to drive smarter decisions, stronger governance and measurable impact.

 

 

- Lead regional IT budgeting, forecasting, Best Estimate and Mid-Term Planning across AMEA, ensuring financial rigour and strategic alignment.

- Own the performance governance framework, including Quarterly Business Reviews, executive reporting and leadership presentations that translate data into action.

- Act as a strategic finance partner to Regional CIOs, influencing investment priorities, transformation initiatives and spending decisions.

- Design and govern GCC financial frameworks including cross-charging, transfer pricing support, SLA costing and intercompany billing models.

- Drive procurement financial controls, vendor efficiency programmes and cost optimisation across technology spend categories.

- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning, headcount governance and workforce cost management across the region.

- Champion process automation, standardisation and continuous improvement to build scalable finance and performance practices.

 

 

- Significant experience in IT finance, business partnering or technology financial governance within a multinational environment.

- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and executive decision support.

- Proven ability to design and operate cross-charging, SLA costing and shared services financial models.

- Experience leading performance management frameworks and delivering executive-level reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions and geographies.

- Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen and a continuous improvement orientation.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as CA, CMA or MBA is an advantage.
