Responsibilities:

• Coordinating maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is serviced regularly following recommendations of OEM and best practices.
• Creating schedules of all planned work activities, including materials needed and manpower resource using CMMS.
• Coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance work on a regular order.
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintaining records of all repairs performed, including materials used and costs.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
• Experience in leading maintenance or operation teams in similar industry.
• Familiar with and experience in inspection work in similar industry
• Knowledge of CMMS software
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environment regulatory and practices
