We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Support for our headquarters in Madrid.

 

Mission

Support the B2B Sales team by ensuring the proper execution of key administrative and operational tasks, enabling Key Account Managers (KAMs) to focus on commercial activities and client development.

 

Functions

  • Support the registration and tracking of commercial opportunities in internal systems
  • Assist in client onboarding processes (data collection, validation and system uploads)
  • Monitor contract signature processes and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related administrative data
  • Provide general administrative support to the B2B Sales team
  • Collaborate with different internal teams to improve processes and efficiency

 

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently studying), preferably in Business Administration, Economics or similar
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and proactive mindset
  • Fluent in Spanish and good level of English
  • Availability to sign an internship agreement

 

(Optional) Valuable requirements

  • Previous internship experience in administrative or commercial support roles
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Interest in the energy sector
