What We Are Looking For

An ambitious “acceleration plan” has been defined for the B2B Supply activity in Iberia. This plan aligns with S&EM’s ambition to grow its Supply business (B2B + B2C) to 300 TWh of energy sales by 2030 (+40% vs. 2024).

In this context, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and the ability to take on the responsibilities outlined above. A versatile and adaptable professional who thrives in a constantly evolving environment. Someone eager to be part of a dynamic and expanding team and ready to take on a role with significant opportunities for development and professional growth.

As we are undergoing a digital transformation and adopting a data-driven approach, we need a candidate with strong data skills, capable of analyzing information and extracting insights to support decision-making.

The key skills and competencies we expect you to bring include:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or similar.
  • Experience in the energy supply business (“Comercializadora”).
  • Knowledge of energy markets, pricing mechanisms, and risk management, with a strong focus on the electricity market (knowledge of gas is also desirable).
  • Understanding of Spanish regulations related to energy retail activities.
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Dataiku), databases, and/or Python.
  • Strategic mindset and business orientation, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Proactivity and autonomy, with the ability to identify priorities and move forward independently.
  • Teamwork and a humble attitude, willing to collaborate and add value, prioritizing the team’s interests over individual ones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and positively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

If you meet these requirements, then you are the talent we are looking for. Do not waste time! Apply by attaching your updated CV, regardless of your gender.
