We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our Project Area which works closely with various business units and contributes to the development and follow‑up of initiatives, offering guidance throughout different stages of the project cycle. The opportunity would give you broad exposure to corporate processes, coordination with internal stakeholders, and participation in negotiations and project-related activities.

 

Responsabilities

  • Participate in providing legal advice on projects related to renewable energies, energy infrastructure, M&A, and commercial, construction, and regulatory contracts.
  • Collaborate in the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts under the supervision of the legal team.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including powers of attorney, corporate documentation, and internal procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, or a double degree in Law + Business Administration.
  • Currently studying Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession, or similar (with an internship agreement available).
  • Ability to draft, review, and understand complex legal documents.
  • Specific interest in commercial, corporate, energy regulatory, public procurement, and/or M&A law, all of which are key areas in the department’s daily work.
  • High level of English.
  • Proactive person with strong analytical skills, business awareness, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary environment.
