We are looking for a IT & Digital Intern in Madrid to support the technical assistance activities of diverse corporate departments and to optimize internal processes. You will work closely with business and IT teams, providing support for critical corporate applications and contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience across the organization.
Responsabilities
- Provide functional and operational support for applications used by corporate functions such as Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Communications, and ESG.
- Manage and monitor incidents and service requests received through My Portal/ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Act as a key liaison between end users, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate issue resolution and system improvements.
- Participate in the maintenance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of business applications such as SAP, SuccessFactors, NetTime, and other corporate tools.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, translating business needs into actionable requests for technical teams and vendors.
- Support the delivery of IT projects and system enhancements, contributing to planning, coordination, and progress tracking activities.
- Monitor system updates, changes, and new functionalities, helping to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Contribute to the evaluation and selection of technology solutions and support vendor relationship management when required.
- Participate in cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
- Curiosity and interest in technology and digital solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
