For our headquarters in Madrid, we are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Expert

Mission

We are looking for an Ethics & Compliance Technician to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Compliance Model, helping to prevent misconduct and reinforce a strong culture of integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote ENGIE’s values and internal Ethics & Compliance policies across the organization
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to employees on compliance-related topics
  • Support the identification, analysis, and assessment of compliance risks, contributing to mitigation plans
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of action plans and internal controls to manage compliance risks
  • Track regulatory and legal changes and recommend updates to compliance policies
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs on Ethics & Compliance, including content development
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and traceability of compliance activities
  • Support the implementation of company policies related to Health & Safety, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Ethics, and Compliance
  • Collaborate closely with the Ethics & Compliance Officer

 

Profile & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Postgraduate studies in Compliance (preferred)
  • Engineering background (Industrial, Mining, or similar) is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance roles
  • Experience in a multinational environment

Languages: English: Advanced level: C1

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and manage risk
  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with a certain level of autonomy and accountability
