We are looking for a Data Analyst  to lead the digital transformation of business operations by streamlining workflows and developing robust, scalable data solutions that enhance performance and support data-driven decision-making.

Mission

Your mission is to drive the digital transformation of business processes by automating workflows and delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions that support performance optimization and informed decision-making. You will act as a key contributor across the entire data stack—from ETL pipelines and data modeling to the development of impactful BI dashboards—while ensuring technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous service improvement.

You will also play a proactive role in managing operational issues, addressing escalations, and supporting major incident and problem management, contributing to service excellence and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Functions

  • Automate and optimize recurrent business processes through scripting and data tools.
  • Design and build scalable data architecture and pipelines (ETL/ELT).
  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring dashboards and BI reports (Power BI).
  • Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage and report application service performance, addressing gaps and proposing improvements.
  • Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Support the definition of data governance frameworks, reporting standards, and performance indicators.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Minium requirements

  • Proficiency in python and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of database design principles.
  • Hands-on experience in data architecture, pipeline development, and cloud-based services (AWS).
