As a Senior AIDA Analyst, your mission is to lead the digital transformation and data-driven optimization of business processes across the organization.
You will design and implement advanced automation, analytics, and integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensure data reliability, and enable strategic decision-making.
You will act as a key contributor across the entire data stack—from ETL pipelines and data modeling to the development of impactful BI dashboards—while ensuring technical excellence, operational stability, and continuous service improvement.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the automation and digitalization of key business processes, leveraging scripting (Python, PowerShell, VBA, etc.), RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate,), and integration platforms to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
- Design, build, and govern complex, scalable data architectures and pipelines (ETL/ELT) using cloud and on-premises technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Databricks).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using KPIs, service metrics, and feedback loops to improve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in strategic IT and data projects, from proof-of-concept to industrialization, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with digital transformation objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or any other related field.
- Proficiency in python and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Solid understanding of database design principles.
- Hands-on experience in data architecture, pipeline development, and cloud-based services (AWS).
- Fluent in English
