We are currently looking for an Accounting Expert in Madrid.
Mission
The Accounting Expert is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, conducting internal audits, and ensuring that the company’s accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of all accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general expenses, and inventory control.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
- Improve accounting systems and procedures and promote their implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments to collect and record financial information.
- Ensure the implementation and compliance with policies on Safety & Hygiene, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environment, Sustainability, Ethics, and Compliance, as well as organizational procedures and processes.
- Contribute to defining and implementing the Corporate Culture.
Requirements
Education:
- Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software.
Languages: English: B2 (Upper Intermediate).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the field, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Operates under general guidelines to achieve operational objectives, with independence within budgets, plans, and policies.
