As a Technical Project Manager in our Renewables division, you'll play a crucial role in driving forward our onshore wind and solar PV projects across the UK and Ireland. Summary of what you will do

  • Lead multiple onshore wind and solar PV projects from contract signature to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Manage EPC/FIDIC contract development, tendering, and negotiation processes
  • Resolve technical and commercial issues during construction and early operation phases
  • Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, including contractors, DNOs, and local authorities
  • Ensure adherence to ENGIE's quality, health & safety, and environmental standards

 

Who Are You

  • Degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in project management for electricity-related construction projects
  • Strong understanding of EPC/FIDIC structures and tendering processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project
  • Excellent knowledge of Construction Design and Management Regulations
  • Experience with UK/Ireland onshore wind and solar PV projects (preferred)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince II, MBA) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and problem-solving skills

 

Job Based In

Preference for London, with flexibility depending on project pipeline. This role involves travel across the United Kingdom and Ireland to manage multiple projects.
