What you will do

  • Implement and improve standardized procurement processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lead the rollout of Group Procurement governance upgrades, ensuring compliance with Group rules and policies
  • Develop and deliver key performance indicator dashboards and routine reports
  • Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence processes, and risk management programs
  • Implement strategic procurement tools and monitor their usage
  • Collaborate on the design and definition of new tools for the procurement function
  • Lead data management best practices and procurement analytics initiatives
  • Provide technical induction and training to new team members
  • Support the implementation of the Carbon Zero / Neutral Carbon Plan for Procurement

 

What you will have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or a Master's degree/CIPS qualification (essential)
  • 4+ years of functional experience covering all procurement processes and e-procurement systems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in complex data synthesis and cross-functional work
  • Proficient in digital tools including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba), Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Office applications
  • Proven track record in reporting roles using multiple interfaces
  • Experience in change management with excellent communication skills
  • Autonomous worker with strong stakeholder influencing abilities
  • Fluent in English (essential)

 

Job Based In

Hybrid working arrangement from our London office (Liverpool Street) with occasional travel to other sites/offices across the UK.
