We Want You
- Provide high-quality remote and on-site technical support across ENGIE UK.
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timeframes.
- Diagnose and fix complex issues across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, mobile devices and collaboration tools.
- Support audio-visual systems and meeting room technology.
- Manage endpoint platforms including Microsoft Intune.
- Handle device setup, compliance checks, software deployment and asset retirement.
- Keep accurate records of hardware assets and device configurations.
- Meet operational, financial and governance requirements through good data management.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor, turning needs into practical technology solutions.
- Review recurring issues and user feedback to find patterns.
- Suggest and deliver service improvements that make work easier for everyone.
- Support technology rollouts and projects through testing, documentation and clear communication.
Who Are You
- You have strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange Online.
- You have experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- You understand device lifecycle management across Windows, Android and iOS.
- You know how IT service management works and value continuous improvement.
- You are familiar with hardware asset tracking and configuration management.
- You understand basic cyber security principles for end-user environments.
- You deliver excellent customer service and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- You are a strong problem solver who looks for root causes, not quick fixes.
- You show initiative and take ownership of your work.
- You can balance competing priorities in a busy environment.
- You communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
Location
London based, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. You will travel regularly to other ENGIE UK sites and operational locations. This role suits someone comfortable with flexible working across multiple places.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary with clear career progression within a global energy company.
- A wide variety of work spanning end-user computing, mobility, collaboration and audio-visual technology.
- Meaningful work at the heart of digital change, supporting teams that shape the energy future.
- A friendly, collaborative team where knowledge sharing and mentoring matter.
- Flexibility and work-life balance with structured support arrangements.
- Continuous learning opportunities in emerging workplace technologies.
- The chance to grow your career in a company committed to a sustainable world.
