Position Mission: Manage, supervise, and follow up on government and vehicle procedures before the relevant agencies for the proper functioning of the offices and the vehicle fleet, complying at all times with legal, environmental, and HSSE standards.

Requirements: To join our team as [Job Title], we are looking for:
Supervise and manage procedures before government agencies, adhering to the laws and regulations of each Municipality of the entity to meet legal requirements, in order to comply with the legal requirements for the proper functioning of the 6 localities of the State of Mexico, following the established internal procedures.
Manage vehicle procedures and services with the relevant authorities, complying with all necessary requirements to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the current fleet. Manage service payments in the SAP system to meet the stipulated service deadlines in order to avoid penalties for non-compliance.
Ensure compliance with the legal requirements applicable to the area in the various digital and documentary tools that ensure compliance with the integrated management system in its two aspects, environment and HSSE.
Development of indicators for compliance with procedures such as payment of verifications, payment of property services, payment of fines, payment of services, insurance for the fleet.
- Education and Experience: Mechanical Engineer
- Technical Skills: Data analysis, report preparation, planning, electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Key Competencies: Effective communication, negotiation, regulatory and legal knowledge of the locality.
- Languages: Spanish
