About the team

 

Our department Finance & Business Performance serves as backbone for the business lines- ensuring support in the different transversal key processes such as finance, strategy, procurement…

The contracting team is an essential part of it, covering the support for the whole ‘prospect to contract’ chain.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities as Invoicing and Administration Support

 

perform administrative activities and procedures for the operation of our Finance and Business Performance Department.

 

  • invoicing (CRM/SAP) and invoicing related support (collecting admin docs, setting up meetings with business to make up inventory, etc)
  • administrative tasks in the Contracting Process:
  • managing the central functional mailbox (dispatch, answer,..)
  • establishing and sending offers
  • preparing templates
  • approval launch

 

 

You will work alongside a supportive team, and will have access to professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Do you?:

 

 

  • have a higher secondary education diploma.
  • already have 2 to 3 years of experience in the job. An experience in an international environment is an asset.
  • master MS office
  • have a knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP and a basic knowledge of client accountancy process (invoice, credit note, VAT, payment..)
  • possess good communication skills.
  • Have an eye for details but able to keep the overview
  • have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • respect deadlines despite the constraints due to the time differences between our different entities (Europe, LATAM and MESCAT)
  • stress- resistant and able to work in a fast moving environment
  • combine a good mastery of English, French and/ or Dutch. Ideally all three.
