WE ARE OFFERING YOU as Industrial Project Management Trainee

• A 36-month rotation program (3 x 12-month cycles, with at least 1 project on a site out of your homecountry and 1 Health & Safety mission) - Program start date 1st of April 2025.

• An opportunity to develop knowledge (in at least 2 technologies) in:
  • Project engineering / reporting / planning
  • Construction/commissioning / O&M preparation
  • Occupational HSE  / Process safety

• Extensive on-the-job field training & coaching by senior experts and field managers in different operational areas

YOUR PROFILE as Industrial Project Management Trainee

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences, or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships / apprenticeships)
• Will of European mobility in the coming years
• Understanding or strong interest in project management,  administration of technical projects, HSSE, planning and follow-up, budget management, contract management, purchasing etc. 
• Understanding or strong interest in the overall energy landscape, supply/demand equilibrium, and technologies and technique
• Rigorous, flexible, perseverant, problem solver and highly motivated 
• Real doer, good at planning and excellent organizer, even in unexpected and multitasking circumstances 
• Fluency in English
• You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues!
