The Nuclear team at Laborelec delivers business-focused research and expertise services to energy operators worldwide, specializing in supporting our Nuclear customers.
Your responsibilities as Engineering Programs Manager (F/M/X)
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with a passion for applied Research & Innovation, able to work well independently as well as part of a team to do the following
- Manage projects in accordance with the Thiange nuclear power plant processes;
- Act as technical coordinator for aspects related to the qualification process;
- Provide detailed analyses and draft analysis reports (e.g. recommendations for Maintenance), Engineering Opinions, non-conformity reports;
- Take charge of expert technical studies and participate in and/or lead associated work groups;
- Analyze programs and ensure their proper execution;
- Write, challenge and verify study notes;
- Maintain the highest level of plant safety at all times;

Your profile as Engineering Programs Manager
- Engineer in Electrical I&C;
- At least 5 years' experience in a nuclear power plant;
- Good writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical and learning skills;
- Able to manage a large number of data and equipment;
- Autonomy, flexibility and proactivity;
- Rigorous and well-organized (management of large databases).
- IT tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), SAP.
- Respect for safety, security, environmental regulations and Electrabel values.
