Then this job is for you!
Within the EMS (European Maintenance Support) entity, we are looking for an Assistant Project Leader (APL) – High Voltage Zone Coordinator (M/F/X) reporting to Axel Dekeyser – Manager Operations Elec.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as APL – High Voltage Zone Coordinator
- You coordinate a zone as APL and act as the first point of contact for our clients. You manage the daily planning of a team of specialized electrical maintenance technicians – a key role with a lot of autonomy and impact.

- You combine coordination with technical expertise. Together with your team, you inspect and maintain high- and medium-voltage installations within ENGIE’s conventional and nuclear production facilities, including wind farms (on- and offshore) and industrial clients.
- You thoroughly prepare interventions. You coordinate with suppliers and contractors, carry out maintenance work, and ensure clear reporting – teamwork and precision are key.
- You are part of a dynamic team shaping the energy transition. You contribute to renovation and new construction projects and receive support from experienced colleagues and an expert team within EMS.
- You help build the future of the team. You invest in developing the skills of our High Voltage technicians, thereby strengthening the expertise across the EMS team.

- Your native language is Dutch. A good command of English is essential. You also have a basic knowledge of French.
- You are mobile and flexible:
- willing to provide support in unforeseen circumstances,
- able to spend approximately 10 to 30% of your time abroad (mainly in Europe) and willing to participate in offshore activities.
- You hold a Category B driving license.
- You have a strong awareness of safety and the environment. You consistently ensure the safety and health of yourself and your colleagues!
