Third-Party Supplier Management

-Lead the engagement and oversight of external vendors and delivery partners on projects you are assigned to.

-Ensure suppliers are aligned with project goals and accountable for delivery quality and timelines.

-Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues with clear resolution plans.

-Ensure contract lifecycle management is followed, including change notes, and closure.

Benefits Realisation & Transition to BAU

-Track and report on the delivery of financial and non-financial benefits to ensure the right outcomes. Ensure smooth transition of projects into BAU, with clear handover plans and implementation checklists.

Risk & Issue Management

-Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Own the resolution of issues, escalating only when necessary and with clear recommendations. Ensure risks are assigned, tracked, mitigated and communicated effectively.
