As a Retail Operations Administrator, you will be at the heart of our Supply and Energy Management business. You will support customers, manage data, and help our teams deliver excellent service every day.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract role.
Summary of what you will do
- Manage customer accounts and tasks, ensuring completion within contractual deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Accurately input and update data across internal systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Prioritise and resolve customer queries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep all parties informed and processes running smoothly
- Identify and correct data entry errors, minimising re-work and improving overall accuracy
- Support the development and onboarding of new team members as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident telephone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines consistently
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / 5 or above, or equivalent qualification
Location
This is a hybrid role based from our Leeds office where you will attend a minimum of 2 days per week.
