Programme Overview: As a participant in our Rotational Programme, you will have the opportunity to choose three areas from the following options: 

 

  • Pricing Analyst: Analyse pricing strategies and market trends to optimize pricing structures and maximize profitability. 

  • Market Analyst: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making. 

  • Demand Forecasting Analyst: Utilise data and statistical models to forecast demand and optimize inventory management. 

  • Origination Analyst: Support the origination process by identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities. 

  • Renewables Analyst: Analyse data related to renewable energy sources, supporting sustainable energy initiatives. 

  • Management Information Analyst: Generate insights and reports to support management decision-making and strategic planning. 

  • Business Transformation Analyst: Drive organizational change and improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations. 

  • IT Business Analyst: Bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, gathering and analysing requirements for IT projects. 

  • Application Support Analyst: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business applications, ensuring smooth operations. 

  • Service Desk Analyst: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues, providing excellent customer support. 

  • Test Analyst: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. 

  • Risk Analyst / Credit Risk Analyst: Assess and mitigate risks associated with business operations or credit portfolios. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage actively in projects and initiatives within each domain, contributing analytical insights and innovative solutions. 

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Analyse data, develop models, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and business growth. 

  • Continuously learn and develop new skills, staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in analytics. 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. 

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

  • Ability to adapt to diverse work environments and challenges. 

  • Previous internship or project experience in analytics or related fields is advantageous.
