If you thrive on building relationships, delivering commercial value, and making a real impact, this role is for you.

As our I&C Account Manager, you will be the face of ENGIE for a defined portfolio of customers and Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs). You will manage the full sales and contract lifecycle, ensuring every interaction delivers insight, accuracy, and outstanding service.

  • Support Business Development Managers with contract renewals, new site additions, and gas and electricity supply requests.
  • Coordinate the sales and contract process, ensuring timely, accurate, and insight-led service delivery.
  • Attend external customer meetings and internal operational meetings to drive collaboration and service excellence.
  • Ensure accurate customer and contract onboarding in line with defined processes and risk frameworks.
  • Resolve contract disputes efficiently, meeting internal SLAs and customer contractual commitments.

  • Solid experience managing an I&C portfolio within the UK energy supply sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK energy market, including flexible gas and electricity supply contracts and traded products.
  • Proven ability to build and manage customer and TPI relationships with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification and a valid UK driving licence.

Location

Hybrid working arrangement based from our Leeds Office.  You will combine remote working with regular travel to customer sites and ENGIE offices as required.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package reflecting your experience and expertise in the energy sector.
  • Clear career progression within a global energy leader committed to your professional development.
  • A diverse range of missions across gas, electricity, and services, keeping your work stimulating and varied.
