Mission:

Lead and Control the development of the H2 stream of the HyEx2 Project with the purpose of ensuring margin optimization, on-time delivery according to the approved plans, guaranteeing the approval and optimization of financial, technical, asset and human resources, according to the current regulation or the new regulation in development of the electricity and hydrogen markets, identifying business opportunities and/or mitigating potential risks according to the defined budget, GBU and company guidelines

Functions:

Project Development:

• Be a multidisciplinary project manager in charge, who will coordinate a multidisciplinary team (AIFA, legal, T&D, etc) and the involvement of any other relevant ENGIE BUs.
• Develop the project up to FID (final investment decision) / FC (financial close) and lead and ensure a smooth transition and full handover to the implementation team.
• Design and structure of the project in cocreation with other counterparts. Structuring and optimizing the economics and risk-reward profile of the projects.

Project control:

• Monitor and report the project schedule, budget and deliverables.

Reporting and approvals:

• Lead, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary project team and the corporate review team, the preparation of all necessary documents for internal approval and documentation

Stakeholders management:

• Conduct discussions with local authorities, and/or economic development entities to identify mechanisms to enable business development

What you bring:

Academic Background:

Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering

Technical Competences:

• Project Management
• Negotiation
• Planning and Control
• Definition and control of budgets
• Management and optimization of resources
• Labor and Environmental Safety Regulations
• Office advanced level
• SAP Management
• English spoken and written advanced level
• Between 8 and 10 years in the project areas, and more than 5 years in management of related projects (wind, PV, Tx, thermal, industries, etc.) with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, civil and related disciplines.
