Maintenance Technician II

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to work directly with our wind power assets, ensuring the availability, safety, and reliability of the equipment. Your Responsibilities
- Perform technical inspections on wind turbines, including mechanical, electrical, and safety systems, ensuring asset integrity.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on wind farm equipment and facilities, ensuring uninterrupted power generation.
- Monitor and supervise the activities of internal and contracted teams, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.
- Support activities involving step-up substations, medium-voltage networks, transmission lines, and meteorological towers.
- Identify anomalies and propose corrective actions, contributing to the continuous improvement of O&M processes.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and field evidence with accuracy and organization.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements in all activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT registration.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical infrastructure, or power generation, with hands-on field experience.
- Advanced knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices, as well as inspections of industrial assets.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of wind turbine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced experience with SAP PM or an equivalent maintenance management system.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Adaptable and organized profile, with strong operational discipline, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in wind farm operation and maintenance, wind turbine maintenance, substations, medium-voltage networks, transmission lines, and contractor supervision.
