Job Purpose/Mission The Business Development & Stakeholder Relations department is made up of Business Development, Strategy and Stakeholder Relations Unit. These units collaborate to ensure our business is well position in the renewable energy industry to offer life-changing products to more Customers. The Business Development Supervisor would be required to carry out industry research, prepare applications for Grant funding and manage Stakeholders for the business. This individual must understand the goals of the Business Development & Stakeholder Relations department and EEA Nigeria.
Responsibilities
•
Sell the SHS product line-up through the B2B sales channel (bulk sales)
•
Identify sales opportunities and improve sales performance
•
Build, maintain and monitor a pipeline of deals
•
Refer and close quality Business or Institutional leads
•
Offer exceptional customer experience to Clients
•
Maintain strong relationships with Clients
•
Provide weekly/monthly reports on leads status
•
Work with the Partnerships Unit to deliver on sales deliverables
•
Analyze and understand specific needs of potential clients
Knowledge and skills
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business & Institutional Sales
-
Excellent working knowledge of the renewable energy sector
-
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
-
Excellent presentation and communication skills
-
Must be familiar with MS Office suite and Project Management

Strong interpersonal skills

Must be highly innovative
Qualifications:
-
OND/bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
Language(s):

English

Any other Nigerian language (is a plus)
