Objectives & Responsibilities

 

The HR Business Partner position coordinates the HR service for a local entity, defining and assessing strategy, processes and related action plans, ensuring excellence and high service level for all stakeholders. The position coordinate the resident HR team of local entity, ensuring preparation, alignment, cohesion, participation, collaboration and team members motivation and personal satisfaction. The position will coordinate the full Employee Cycle of processes, ensuring high involvement and constant delivery compromise by line managers. The HR Business Partner will ensure alignment and deployment of corporate and country policies and action plans. Yearly budget and KPI.s dashboard are also included on the managerial activities. Accuracy and fact & figures based analytical reviews are expected from the role, in order to enhance strategic alignment, deviations correction and overall continuous processes improvement of the HR entity support services line.
 

Main Activities

  • Coordination of the resident HR team on the local entity, ensuring alignment, short, medium and long term targets, qualification, continuous personal development, team cohesion, decision making participation, collaboration mindset, sustainable motivation, personal work-life balance and personal satisfaction of team members.
  • Ensure and coordinate the opening and closing Employee Lifecycle yearly process campaigns at country level; assess the processes roll out quality in accordance with scope.
  • Ensure that all HR Processes are proceeded within the SEZAME workflows; ensure feedback of malfunctions or bugs.
  • Follow up the yearly process roll-out, enhancing involvement and timely participation of all stakeholders.
  • Check the alignment of declared objectives with the Company goals and alert Line Managers for critical deviations.
  • Check processes completion, data deliverance, accuracy, alignment and timetable; anticipate derailing and promote the necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinate the yearly Hiring Plan set up and follow roll out effectiveness. 
  • Coordinate the yearly P&F campaign; assess calibration and overall process consistency.
  • Ensure that Employee Development cycles are putted in place; coordinate the overall Training Plan design and roll out effectiveness.
  • Ensure the opening and closing of the PPR campaign; assess the effectiveness of HPE.s and Mobility Programs.
  • Ensure and follow the effectiveness of mandatory or locally designed DEI policies and action plans.
  • Set the Retention Observatory for deep dive retention studies; coordinate and ensure deployment of the required retention strategies and action plans.
  • Ensure a lean and legally compliant administration system; enhance administration processes digitalization.
  • Ensure and assess the HR Specialists supply chain on awarded processes or projects, ensuring cost efficiency and service effectiveness.   
  • Ensure that the HR Specialists supply chain are embedded and effectively act under the Safety, Cybersecurity, Ethics & Corruption, GRPD and other Governance & Compliance mandatory rules and guidelines (legal, conventional or group issued).
  • Enhance procedures and regulation for data reporting; assess reporting quality.
  • Analise the value added by reporting routines; adjust or develop new routines as needed to support the B&P optimized management.
  • Ensure that the HR country processes, participants and addressees are embedded and effectively act under the Safety, Cybersecurity, Ethics & Corruption, GRPD and other Governance & Compliance mandatory rules and guidelines (legal, conventional or group issued).

 

Qualification

 

  • Master in HR Management or compatible Organizational Science.
  • Other: Relevant expert qualification on HR Strategical Management

 

Know-how

  • 10 years consolidated experience in the function or in compatible HR workstreams; balanced know how and experience on Strategic and Operational HR Management.
  • Experience on significant industrial organizations with high-end HR services portfolio.
  • Significant experience on the strategic management of the HR Management Cycle associated processes.
  • Expert interaction with SAP applications, namely Success Factors and TMS, as an enabled key-user.
  • Expert-as-needed on HR related applications, namely on Office and SharePoint.
  • Fluency on the Portuguese and English languages, both spoken and written.
