is looking for a candidate for the position of:

Senior Controlling Specialist / Controller

Workplace: Katowice

We are looking for an experienced Senior Controlling Specialist / Controller to join our team in Katowice. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid background in finance or accounting, at least 5 years of experience in controlling or audit, and fluency in English. Experience with SAP, IFRS, and knowledge of the energy market will be a plus.

🔧 Scope of Responsibilities:

• Preparation and monitoring of the company’s financial budget (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow);
• Management reporting and forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Management Board and international Group structures;
• Support in the control of accounting processes (general ledger, production, fixed assets, receivables, payables, inventory);
• Managing the process of creation and proper allocation of controlling orders;
• Performing tasks related to credit risk policy;
• Implementing and maintaining hedge accounting procedures in line with IFRS 9;
• Business analyses and calculations for internal purposes;
• Implementation of controlling tools, process automation;
• Ongoing tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

✅Our requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling/audit;
• University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Very good command of English and Polish (at least B2 level);
• Excellent self-organization;
• Knowledge of SAP and IFRS standards is a plus;
• Knowledge of the energy market will be an additional advantage.
