Project Manager / Delivery Manager (M/F)

📍 Katowice | Poland  •  Open to travel within Europe (Paris/Brussels)

Engie Zielona Energia

🚀 About the Role

Context

The BeeStone program is a strategic B2B transformation initiative aiming to build a unified model across countries, leveraging an innovative digital and data platform. The Sales to Cash stream of BeeStone is a central pillar of this transformation, with the ambition to design and deploy a robust, agile, and scalable solution.

Engie's B2B activities in Poland are part of this transformation program, with the initial build and deployment of BeeStone (MVP) in the country.

Mission

As Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you are accountable for delivering the IS aspects of the BeeStone MVP in Poland. You coordinate the local IS delivery plan, manage dependencies, risks and impediments, and ensure the IS workstream delivers reliable increments. You act as the operational delivery interface between the central BeeStone team and the local Poland team, aligning global product direction, delivery standards and release planning with local execution.

Business value ownership and business arbitrations remain with the business-side Domain Leaders; your role is to work closely with them to translate validated business priorities into a controlled, transparent and adoption-ready IS delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the IS delivery plan for the Sales-to-Cash MVP, translating business priorities into a realistic, sequenced and transparent delivery roadmap
  • Be accountable for delivery of the IS scope — planning, coordination, execution follow-up, quality gates, release readiness and handover to run
  • Manage delivery trade-offs and escalations for the IS workstream, while ensuring business scope and value decisions are taken by the relevant Domain Leaders
  • Maintain structured interactions with the central BeeStone team to align on product roadmap, delivery standards, architecture constraints, release content, dependencies and escalation points
  • Work closely with local and central Domain Leaders to understand business priorities, prepare delivery options, clarify impacts and ensure business decisions are translated into executable IS scope
  • Coordinate the delivery team across business analysis, architecture, integration development, testing, deployment and operational readiness
  • Track milestones, sprint progress, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions, providing clear reporting to local and global governance
  • Represent the local IS delivery stream in the glocal governance rhythm, including central BeeStone coordination, weekly deployment follow-up, scrums and Steering Committee preparation
  • Drive delivery discipline in an agile setup: clear backlog hygiene, sprint commitments, acceptance flow, test coordination, release planning and controlled go-live preparation

✅ Candidate Profile

  • Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager with proven experience delivering IS or digital transformation projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong delivery governance skills: planning, dependency management, reporting, release readiness and stakeholder alignment
  • Able to operate in a shared accountability model, partnering closely with business-side Domain Leaders while keeping clear ownership of IS delivery outcomes
  • Experience with agile delivery, product teams and enterprise IT landscapes; familiarity with energy, utilities, CRM/CPQ, billing or sales-to-cash processes is a clear advantage
  • Demonstrable track record delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Genuinely data-driven: you base decisions on evidence, are comfortable working with data models and analytics, and challenge assumptions with facts
  • Fluent in English (working language of the global BeeStone program); Polish is a strong asset for local stakeholder engagement; French is a plus
  • Comfortable in an agile, fast-moving delivery environment and at ease with ambiguity in a greenfield, build-from-scratch context
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in a "one team" Business + IT setup and can operate in a glocal model, working in duet with global counterparts

Start date: September 2026
