is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Electrical Specialist
Location: Katowice, with the possibility of hybrid work and flexible working hours

Responsibilities:
- Conceptual work related to the preparation of energy storage construction projects,
- Conceptual work related to the preparation of modernization plans for existing facilities, including technical solutions and preliminary cost estimations,
- Support in the implementation of the SCADA system, in particular mapping existing and newly built facilities, as well as initiating cooperation with Distribution System Operators (DSOs) in order to introduce changes at substations (Mikronika, Elkomtech),
- Support for the Generation Department in projects aimed at reducing reactive power in both wind and photovoltaic farms,
- Participation in the preparation of technical specifications for new wind, photovoltaic, and energy storage projects,
- Support for the department responsible for the construction of new assets (wind and PV farms) in selecting technical solutions, verifying design documentation, acceptance of electrical works, and functional testing,
- Cooperation with the Engineering Department within the ENGIE Group,
- Cooperation with the Development, Projects, and Generation Departments, providing technical support for projects at all stages from concept to execution.
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field,
- Valid SEP E and D licenses,
- Knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage electrical equipment (LV/MV/HV),
- 3–5 years of experience in power engineering or renewable energy,
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics,
- Fluent command of Polish and English,
- Construction licenses (design and execution) will be considered an asset.
