As a Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of compensation practices across the ENGIE Poland Group. By turning data into actionable insights, you will support strategic workforce decisions, budget management, and the continuous improvement of our reward programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve compensation analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Analyze compensation data, salary structures, and market trends, providing recommendations to management.
• Prepare workforce cost analyses, salary review simulations, and budget forecasts.
• Monitor personnel costs and support budget planning and control across the ENGIE Poland Group.
• Manage HR data reporting and KPI analysis, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights.
• Support process improvements, risk management, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR and compensation data.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all data and information accessed, processed, or maintained within the scope of the role.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education, with a Bachelor’s degree;
• 7 years of experience in Human Resources;
• 5 years of experience in budgeting, reporting, and database analysis involving significant volumes of data;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills;
• SAP SF knowledge;
• Advanced English and Polish proficiency; French is considered an advantage;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
• Good organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;
• Ability to handle highly confidential data;
• Ability to manage short deadlines;
• Ability to work independently;
• Autonomy, initiative, commitment, and proactivity;
• Good teamwork skills.
