is looking for a person for position of:

Project manager - in Business Development

Location: Katowice, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Searching for investment opportunities in the field of solar/wind energy;
• Independent management of investment projects in the area of large-scale RES projects or RES project portfolios in cooperation with the existing Project Management Office;
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with stakeholders of projects conducted and already initiated by ENGIE in Poland in the field of RES;
• Eventually supervising the work of the project team (specialists) and subcontractors;
• Creating project documentation for internal and external needs;
• Close cooperation with other departments of the company (e.g., legal department) and development teams abroad;
• Reporting and planning the progress of work on the project for internal and external needs.

Expectations:

• Higher education, technical background;
• At least 3 years of experience in searching for and implementing projects in the renewable energy sector - a necessary condition;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information;
• Knowledge of legal regulations concerning the energy sector, with particular emphasis on RES;
• Project management skills confirmed by at least one successfully completed project (PV projects are welcome);
• Ability to work in a team with a high degree of independence of its members;
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral;
• English and Polish language proficiency allowing for daily communication (B2);
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities;
