Key Account Manager

Job description:


  • Build and maintain the relationship with key customers in Poland
  • Pursue sales business (power sales) with current and new customers
  • Responsible for target achievement according to the plan
  • Coordinate execution of the contracts
  • Manage daily interaction with current and potential customers
  • Ongoing search for business opportunities
  • Reporting to Sales Director


Job requirements:

  • Job experience, at least 3 years in sales roles in power sector
  • Academic background in economic, business management preferred
  • Understanding of the local power and gas markets
  • Highly driven and result-oriented
  • Proved outstanding results in sales
  • Ability to manage variety of important projects in the same time
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal functions such as trading, credit risk and legal
  • Persuasive personality, great communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent skills both in Polish and English
