Position Mission: Contribute to and supervise the implementation of the Industrial Safety, Health and Asset Security strategy of Grupo ENGIE to ensure the operational continuity of Network assets, guaranteeing the well-being of people during their work activities, ensuring compliance with the applicable legal framework and with the standards, certificates and/or internal guidelines implemented that apply (ISO 45001, SASISOPA, SGAS, PASST).

Your Impact: As a Junior HSS Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: Developing, proposing, and implementing Industrial Safety and Asset Protection training activities to foster a culture of safety; analyzing local risks and threats to asset protection and industrial safety that may arise from criminal activity, natural phenomena, and actions by third parties in order to implement preventive measures; and advising the local community on the implementation and maintenance of controls related to industrial safety, asset protection, and quality.

Requirements: To join our team as Junior HSS Supervisor, we are looking for:

• Education and Experience: I ndustrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferably with a specialization in industrial safety, intelligence, or criminalistics.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of the legal framework regarding Occupational Safety and Health (STPS, LFT, ASEA, SSA, Civil Protection), Risk Analysis, Accident Investigation and Analysis, Safety Management Systems
• Key Competencies: Teamwork, proactivity, assertive communication, planning, critical thinking, and organization
• Languages: Intermediate English (spoken, written and reading) able to interpret documents.
